1. Delivery Within Kampala and Surrounding Areas
We are proud to offer FREE Same-Day Delivery for all orders within Kampala and its immediate surrounding areas.
How it Works: Place your order anytime before our 5:30 PM cut-off time (Monday to Saturday), and our team will process and dispatch it the very same day.
Our Method: We use our own trusted in-house couriers to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered securely to your doorstep.
Confirmation: Our courier will call you before heading to your location to confirm the address and ensure you are available to receive the package.
2. Delivery to All Other Regions in Uganda (Upcountry)
We successfully deliver to every region across Uganda!
Our Method: For deliveries outside of Kampala, we use reliable and trusted bus and taxi courier services to reach you efficiently.
Prepayment is Required: Please note, due to the logistics of using third-party transport services, full prepayment is required for all upcountry orders. This allows us to pay the bus/taxi service on your behalf and ensures your package is dispatched without any delay.
How it Works:
Place your order and complete the payment through one of our accepted methods.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will package your item securely and dispatch it on the next available bus or taxi heading to your region.
We will then send you all the necessary details via WhatsApp or SMS, including the bus company name, registration number, and the conductor’s contact information so you can coordinate the pickup.
3. Order Processing and Tracking
Our promise is same-day handling for all orders placed within our operating hours.
Step 1: Order Confirmation: Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Step 2: Dispatch Notification:
For Kampala orders: Our courier will call you directly when they are on their way.
For Upcountry orders: You will receive a message with your parcel’s dispatch details and tracking information (bus/taxi details).
A Note on Our Free Delivery Promotion
Our current free delivery offer is a limited-time promotion to thank our valued customers. We reserve the right to update our shipping fees in the future. Any changes will be clearly reflected on our website and at checkout.
